Are your products authentic brand products?

Absolutely! All our products are 100% genuine, products of that brand. We only use reliable and official suppliers, so that we can guarantee the top quality and authenticity of the products.

We grant our products a 14-day exchange and return right. The product must be unused and returnable for sale. If the product has been used or damaged, we cannot accept returns. We check all products upon return.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been processed, you can cancel the order. If the order has already progressed in our system, the order must be received and returned according to the normal return policy. Where are the orders sent from?
